The $80 credit does not apply to Medicare Bulk Billing and Health Insurers members rates programs.

The $80 first-visit consult fee credit does not apply to the discounted dental rates in the Medicare bulk billing program and the health insurance members’ special rates program because these programs already offer reduced rates for dental services. The credit is designed to apply to standard dental rates and does not extend to discounted rates provided through these special programs.
