Do you offer emergency dental treatment?
Yes, we can provide emergency 24/7 dental treatment in Albury for a range of dental emergencies. Please note that all after-hours emergency dental requires an upfront fee that reflects out team’s ongoing commitment of delivering prompt service and solutions outside of our standard operating hours.
Emergency dental is intended for those dental problems that cannot wait for normal office hours where you require support during emergencies. To book an emergency or after-hours dental visit, please refer to our after-hours service page.
Is my visit covered by Medicare?
Dental treatment is, in most cases, not covered by Medicare in Australia. Bulk Billing dental treatment is available for some children and covers up $1,095 in benefits for essential dental treatments for eligible children. The benefit cap is to be used over a relevant two-year calendar period and covers basic dental services. For adults and most other treatment, Medicare will not cover the cost of treatment.
Can I claim private health insurance?
Yes, we accept most private health insurance companies. To find out how much you can save and what is covered, please refer to your individual private health insurance policy.
How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend that patients book in for a check-up and clean every 6 months. Depending on your unique situation, you may require more (or in some cases, less) treatment. Our goal is to build enduring relationships with our patients to ensure that we can provide effective preventative dental treatment for long-term oral health. Over time, we can ensure that we create a customised solution as we get to know your unique requirements.
